(Another) Good Experience At A T-Mobile Store

I also had a good experience at a T-Mobile store. When I broke my old sim trying to cut it like a noob into a micro SIM they gave me one for free. :)

I've had good experiences at the store near my house and the one near my work. Both were professional and answered my questions. I did show my custom ROMs and they were clueless but interested in what I was running.

Nooo you're gonna expose us! XD lol.

But actually, carriers do indeed know about that stuff. On Virgin mobile they once advertised the Motorola Triumph (awful phone!) with a CUSTOM CM9 ICS ROM on it. It was always on stock 2.2! They never updated that horror of a phone. Bad Virgin mobile! Bad bad bad! :p

REPS are clueless! On XDA one time in the S3 T-mobile forums people were arguing about whether the Galaxy S3 T999 secretly had LTE on it. Someone said that the T-mobile reps said that the T999 got real LTE. It was just faster HSPA+! I bet if you ask any HTC rep if the Amaze is getting a 4.4 KITKAT update they will say "yes it will". LMBO.

But anyway, back on topic. :)

I've only been to a T-Mobile store once. That was the day I signed up for service. It was a long wait, but I didn't mind. I knew what I wanted right from the beginning and the store employee didn't waste any time in trying to convince me otherwise.

I ended up with a Note II from T-Mobile because of their awesome customer service. I work for Boost Mobile and was appalled by their new throttling requirements.
So I was looking into a few other places to substitute it.

They weren't pushy, overly demanding, and they didn't bash Boost Mobile. I've got one line with each so I'm happily covered everywhere pretty much.
