Last week for some odd reason I was not getting 4g service only 3g. I called Verizon to see whats up and they had me do I few things, they also assured me there was no 4g black out for any reason in my area. I ended up wiping and starting fresh but still no 4g. So they said they would look into the matter and call me back in a few days. Now let me inform you that 4g is in my area. Its listed in their map and I had it since I bought my rezound in December. Now for some strange reason my 4g came back on and had it for the last 6 days or so. When they called back me back they told me there is nothing wrong with my phone, it's just that the area i'm in is very spotty for 4g coverage and my phone will pick it up at times and other times it will be 3g. What ever, everyone that I know have 4g on their phone and it is never spotty for them. I'm in my same spot 90 percent of the time where 4g is alive and kicking.
I asked them why then is 4g listed on your map where I live? They said to not rely on the map. It could be listed but doesn't mean it is, just read the fine print.
Whatever, I have 4g back like I did when I first got the phone. I happy now.
