There are some folks on VZW's forums that say it fixes the call quality issue.

Most importantly it addresses the call quality issue that some on VZW were having, similar to the Sprint issue.

I got mine with Verizon. I checked for an update in setup and it said one was available. Not available yesterday morning. Available about 10 pm.

I have autoupdate turned off (froze 2 apks). Does this new update kill root? If so, I'll leave AU frozen; if not, I'll grab the update.
