The new handset is doing great for the most part - there was obviously something drastically wrong with the update on the old one, as this is not only a completely different experience, but has different options and even looks different. Weird.
However, one thing I can't quite figure out: on the old handset, Visual Voicemail seemed to be an HTC setting. On the new one, as soon as I go to set it up I get the ATT app, complete with the warnings about charges. Huh? How do I get the HTC internal version the way I had it before (is it still possible?) Thanks!!
