Another update?

I already up updated to 4.2.2 and rooted. Now I'm getting another update coming through. It's it 4.3, should I unroot before attempting to update, and if so how do I unroot?

Its the 11/28 release and no it is not 4.3. Just a small update to 4.2.2.
