Help Another voicemail thread

I've read through the other threads, but they didn't fix my issue.

I did the "remove the icon and re-enable icon" deal.
I did the "clear all info" deal
I tried the "send message" deal but the program won't open up to access it.

My voice mail notifier hasn't worked in weeks and I run a Little league program, now with mad parents.

When I click on the Voice mail icon, or the Voice mail app nothing happens, it will flash to a new screen, then returns back to the main menu, it just won't open.

I can call the voice mail to hear my voice mail, but would like the icon to work again. Its seems to have quit with the last software update.

No, its not rooted, and I don't have handcent.

try rebooting the phone. if that does not work then you might want to try and do a factory reset.

I've pulled the battery several times.
Was hoping a full reset wasn't needed.
