For some reason my wifi just stopped working. It says "unable to scan". It was working before. I have tried different wifi networks and it says the same thing. I don't really want to do a factory reset and loose everything. I have tried turning the phone off, and taking the battery out and restarting. Is there a way to fix this?????

The best I can suggest is looking into MyBackup Pro or an equivalent - it's 5 bucks but that's gotta be worth your time alone if you're forced to a hard reset.
I'm not aware of an individual agent or service for wifi that you can get to just clear its cache/data.
Hope it's only as bad as a hard reset and not a hardware problem.
Just to be sure - the case is one snugly, in event of anything in the design requiring that for correct antenna function, yes?
