Sorry. Not really an answer, but an explanation....
I've had flip phones forever. Just got my first smart phone last week when I got this Commando from Verizon. Video messages cannot be sent from the phone via video messages or emails. Made many calls to customer support/tech support. found quite a few people who did not know what the heck they were talking about, but found one woman who actually researched it deeper. This phone was released with a glitch. it can't send a video message. Casio is currently working on a solution and will release a downloadable file to correct the issue.
If anyone hears anything new concerning this issue, please post it here.
