Answer with prompt for head or handset?

When an incoming call rings, I would like to have a screen to let me "Answer with Headset" or "Answer with Handset". Is this possible or is there an app to do this?

Frequently I'll remove my bluetooth headset and put it in my pocket. But when my phone rings if I'm not wearing the the headset I'll answer via the toucscreen on the handset...but the audio is still going to my pocket.:(

FYI, Tasker is neat, but doesn't quite accomplish what I am after.

I can configure Tasker to accept a particular gesture while the phone is ringing that disables bluetooth...and then re-enables bluetooth at the end of the call.

But the problems are 1) still no prompt as to where I want the call to come in: I need to remember to perform the gesture while the phone is ringing to disable bluetooth, and 2) disabling bluetooth is a little "heavy"...making for a bit of a lag.

I know the Moto Droid prompts...Is there a different phone app that would perform this prompt for me?

(Desired behavior: on incoming call present a button for "Answer Handset" and for "Answer Headset". Similar prompt on outbound calls)

I was thinking you could normally have BT enabled. Then use Tasker:
Phone Ringing & Button Camera then
-Disable BlueTooth
-set Variable (BTdisabled=1)

Phone Idle & Variable BTdisabled=1
-Enable Bluetooth
-set Variable (BTdisabled=0)

I don't have any BT headphones so I can't test it out.
