Help Answering calls

VGPod36

Newbie
I have two issues with answering calls.

First issue, I have headphones with a "call answer" button on them. I cannot seem to get it to work, at all.. It's annoying when I'm listening to some music, or an audiobook on the train, and my phone is in my pocket. It would just be easier to use the button... The button isn't broken either. When I am playing any kind of media, music or video, the button will pause what I am listening to, which is really a nice feature to have at work!

My other issue is when answering calls normally, without the headset. Is there any way I can disable that "Drag to answer/reject" option? I constantly miss when dragging, and end up missing my call anyway..

*swipe, swipe, swipe, SWIIIPE, SWIIIPE, FLICK, FLICK, RAGE!* call missed... :(

I would love to just press that little "answer" button, or press that little "reject" button instead of having to swipe them across the screen. Can you tell I also hate having to swipe my phone unlocked? haha

Any help would be awesome!

Thanks,

That doesn't seem to help :( Apparently my phone had that setting on to begin with. Any way I can just disable the swiping to answer, and just press the button?

Any help on my headset issue?

With that setting on, all you do is push one of the 4 soft buttons (menu, home, back, search) and that will answer your phone calls. Just ignore the green button you have to swipe.

Is there any way to make the button on my phone answer calls? I did some testing, and the button WILL hang up... But it won't answer...
