Help Answering problem

[FONT=&quot]Only had the experiax8 a couple of days and having difficulty answering when it rings. Holding the phone in one hand and pushing the slider across with your thumb is a no go..........need to hold phone in left hand and give a sharp tap with finger to pick slider up........can the slider be tweaked to make it more sensitive or am I doing something wrong[/FONT]

mine is very easy, unless the skin on my fingers is dry. It only has one option for screen sensitivity.
The cheap screen protectors on ebay are good for keeping the phone screen clean. I'm pritty sure it's a inductive reaction which means the screen will work with moist skin or objects of low magnetic impedance.

also change live wallpapers. I was using google earth for a while, had simmiler issues, if the phone is focused on something ellse then u may have to "get it's attention" so to speak.
The more the simple X8 has to do at once the less responsive it is, I run AVG virus scanner, Task mann, and a few other things constantly, so usually the animation is behind, but i just slide my finger and start talking while the animation dose some catch up work. Make sure to slide your finger all the way tho.

Hopefully you are actually doing it ok, the animation is very slow, which means you dont slide your finger all the way because you think it has not started.
