Root ANT+ on Bionic

[galileo01]

Does anyone know if this ANT Radio Service app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...wyLDEsImNvbS5kc2kuYW50LnNlcnZpY2Uuc29ja2V0Il0.

will allow the Bionic to operate with ANT+ devices.
I am running with a rooted stock ROM and enabled my radio to run on GSM fro my Bionic.

The WiLink7.0 chip is capable of ANT+ yet it is not active.

from what i saw the only supported device is the motoactv, i am not sure how much that will come into play for you, but it lists the compatible devices, i hope it somewhat helps

Yes I did see the list. It appears to be some type of driver/firmware update. Having read the user reviews I did not want to try this as it appears it can not be reversed. I hope one of the resident gurus may have an answer to getting ANT+ active.

I haven't heard anything about ANT+ support on Bionic.

There is an ANT+ API for Android that has been out for a while.
