Hi guys I have been getting slow speeds, on my 4g galaxy s is really slow the top is 0.12mbps beyond that it can't even touch 0.13, is something wrong with the radio?, i called my service provider and they said that my service was fine and it could be a problem with the phone. The phone is brand new and it started a couple of days ago, they also say it may be a problem with the towers in my area

Are you in a location with HSPA+? It seems like either you don't have 4G in your area, or something has gone horribly wrong with the towers.

Yes I am in hspa+ location and i have been here many times and i have gotten normal speeds it started 2 days ago. It's weird cause if the tower is bad then everyone around here would be having the same issue.
