Root Anthrax kernel?

Lanman1978

Which is the most current stable version of the Anthrax kernel available for the Evo V? I am currently on the latest Mobster ROM and want to flash the Anthrax kernel with it to overclock. I flashed the Mobster ROM already, but the cpu maxes out at 1188 MHz. I flashed the Anthrax kernel version 3.04, but when I downloaded it there were newer kernels, but I wasn't sure which one to download. So which Anthrax kernel should I download to flash with Mobster ROM?

From my experience, I can say that the newest versions of the CDMA & GSM kernel, have worked for me each time. The last one I tried was, "CDMA & GSM kernel 3.4.4" I believe. I don't think there's a reason that any new kernel would cause a problem. I think just make sure it's either CDMA, or CDMA AND GSM, and you should be just fine.

I have two numbers listed under my kernel version 3.0.41 and 3.2.2+ with 3.0.41 being listed first and 3.2.2+ listed after. So what kernel do I need to be up to date?

I now know where to find the latest Anthrax versions. I was looking under the look here link on the site which obviously is the wrong place to be searching because I flashed a kernel from there and now I am stuck in a bootloop. :-(

3.4.6 is the lastest stable.

The others are release candidates. May be stable, may not be.
