Help Any chance of fixing my incredible ?

My incredible got a little wet on the top of the phone, not much water could have gotten on or in the phone but the earpiece speaker was affected. Initially the speaker would work for a few hours then stop for a few hours on and off for a few days. After a few days it was working fine for a week then all of a sudden it quit and hasnt worked for the last week at all. The rear speaker works fine and headphones work fine. I took apart the phone and replaced the little speaker with a replacement from repairuniverse but it didnt help.

Anyone here have ANY ideas on what I could try next ?

I REALLY need to fix this . Any help much appreciated.

if you didn't try and take it apart, I would suggest getting a factory replacement as if it's just the top speaker they shouldn't be able to tell it got wet and just say a speaker blew..

Looks like its fixed!!!

I took it apart again and cleaned the whole top of the phone very very lightly with a toothbrush and electronics cleaner, put it back together and its working fine again. Must have been some corrosion or residue on the contacts.

I was wondering if anyone could post a pic of what the liquid damage detector stickers look like before they get wet to compare with mine.
