hey whatsup. what i wanted to do was take a already made optimus v rom and edit it how i would like it to be through tweaks and add a few ui changes. if anybody could maybe help me or explain some things or lead me to a tutorial that would be awesome. also if anyone has a skype and would wanna help me out through voice that would be pretty cool to. thanks.

Your question would probably get better results if it's up in the All Things Root section. I've reported your thread so that one of the guides/mods/admins can move your post up there so you can get the help you need.
