Any DIY ideas for improving reception?

My intercept loses service within my workplace cubicle. If I walk 20 feet in any direction, I WILL get service, slow service but service at least. Any DIY ideas on how to boost the reception ever so slightly?

For the most part, antenna boosters don't work. Since you're in a office, al Airave (personal femtocell) is probably out. Commercial femtocells and repeaters are $$$. Have you looked for available wifi? Won't help with voice, but you might get data. If your company deploys a significant number of Sprint phones, they should complain to Sprint about the reception issue.
