Help Any email/notifier apps do this?

I use Gmail on a stock unrooted N4. I need to be able to turn off email notifications while asleep but allow email notifications from a particular address to pass through ie I want to be woken up if I receive mail from this particular person but no other.
Is there a way I can set this up?

I dont know about emails, but if you use Llama you can choose who you want to allow through specifically by phone calls. You could write to them and see if they do something for specific email addresses too.
