Root Any help please?!

Well my girlfriend got her phone locked out, it's asking her for her email and password, but they don't work because she is not connected to the Internet or her 4g. Also I can't use the command prompt because she doesn't have it on USB debugging mode and finally the worst part, I can't do any magic on it because its not ROOTED D;
I would really appreciate any help, I can't factory reset it because she says she has important stuff in it, if I can get any help ill highly appreciate it. Ill even buy you a beer or something, but please help! I'm about to pull out my hairs

Is the phone running on a battery saver app or did your gf turned data off before she got locked out?

Edit: if data was turned off via by app then try unlocking it while charging the phone

In this case, the only thing to do is factory reset. If you're the one who locked her out.....yea, you're in big trouble. She will loose photos that are stored on internal sd card and anything else on internal sd. Everything on external sd won't be lost. You can try connecting to a PC to see if the phone will still let you access those files or not.

Theoretically, if you just so the factory reset, and then use a data recovery program on a computer before you install any apps on the internal storage of the phone, you may be able to recover pics and other files.
