Any news on Gingerbread for IS yet?

Morning all,

Not trying to start a rumour mill... but any news of Gingerbread for the IS yet?

When i bought mine, i was informed that it was 'imminent' :)

(not complaining - still more than happy with the IS)

I've updated mine to 2.3.3 and Sense have been updated to 2.1 as well.

So far everything looks good, I noticed a slight speed improvement, however the font size is now bigger that before (it looks like the screen resolution have been downgraded) and this doesn't suits me at all...

Do you know how to change this to a smaller size (i'm referring to the font of the menu/settings screen)?
 
I'm in Germany, Got mine just now and the install is running. Didn't get an OTA notification, so I manually checked for an update in the settings screen once I saw the notice on the HTC website.
 
Updates is not impressive
quadrant score is just 1610.
Increase lagging problem.
font size is increased and it looks like very ugly.
htc now failed in this time.:mad:
 
Regarding the lag, I think it's better to do a hard reset after update. I had some issues with the market app, but after spending few hours reconfiguring my phone, things seem to run much smoother.
