My battery lasted 16 hours with moderate use 3 hours awake time. I put it on charge with 5% remaining.

Note I was also downloading all a ton of data over WiFi for my XBMC remote.

I did notice by battery started dropping fast after I installed and tested Skype, which works by the way. Video chat with front and back camera.

The only thing that really turns me off is the red accent. I had the Original INC and I traded it in for the Incredible 2 since it was all black, which I prefer. Hopefully the next HTC phone on verizon will be all black with ICS, then I might go back to HTC but for now I am considering the Galaxy Nexus.

Have you had a chance to make any calls using the external speaker? Really hoping that it is louder than my Inc 2. Thanks.

My Droid Inc 2 has crappy reception at my house both on 3G and on 1X. Not sure whether it is Verizon or the phone. Is the reception pretty good on this phone?

I think it's Verizon. On both my DX and Rezound at home I get usually 2 bars of 3G/1x and 2 bars of LTE (2929 down, 1095 up) on the Rezound. If I go about 1/2 mile up the road I get 4 bars of LTE at 27528 down, 15341 up.

Agreed. This is promising. I remember when the T-Bolt came out, immediately people were complaining. I really hope it is decent on this phone...

Mine came in yesterday. So far I'm at 25% after 7 1/2 hrs of moderate/heavy usage, with a screen on time of 2 1/2 hrs and about 2 1/2 hrs on LTE, the rest on wifi. Not too bad, and I'm sure it'll be better once we have root.

Coming from AMOLED Inc that I got off launch day (I guess that makes me special). Got that phone stolen and bought another INC off androidforums.

Definitely getting rezound as soon as it comes out.

Not sure how the battery issues will be effecting me cuz all I do now is rotate 4 different batteries for the Inc with my wall charger. Never plug my phone in at all any more.

I'm on the fence. I had an original Incredible that I loved but got ran over a few weeks ago, so I picked up an Incredible 2 for a quick $50 at BBY. I have until Friday the 19th to return it for a different phone, so I've been weighing spending the $250 difference for a Rezound.

It's tempting...but that's half a student loan payment..hmmm
