I did have a problem at BB.. My sd card reader on my phone would not read any sd card so I just got a new TB.. I installed a ZAGG on it and letting it dry.. It turned out great

My phone still hasn't hooked into 3G. They said a bunch of other people were having that problem and it should be fixed within 24-48.

Yeah.. I was just triyn to understand your problem more.. You mean the phone doesnt pick up a 3g signal at all???

The 3G service hasn't been "pushed through" or something (that's what they said). The system wouldn't let them exchange phones or anything because it was like it was frozen. They were on the phone with tech support for an hour until they created an official tech support thing for me. They said other people had the same thing happen to them.
I still can make calls and get very slow internet tho!
