Help Any recommendation for a file manager/explorer program for Nexus

Newbie
I am looking for a file manager similar to windows explorer. I've read about EZ File Explorer and EZ File Explorer 1.5 cupcake. Do any of you know the difference and if they will work on the GN?

Astro is my standby, es explorer is good too. If you want to transfer to your computer air DROID work very well.

I loved the old Astro. The newer version just seems to themed and "fancy" looking. Nonetheless, it's still my go to.
Perhaps I'll give the others a look.

This :)

Have been using on my previous phone as well. It's easy to use and does about everything I ever needed to do.

EEk! To me that's just plain ugly. Does it have a classic theme? I just want to look at files and folders without all that background ugh!

This.

I wonder if we got sucked into this one... I owned a bionic and I think I installed reading forums about the bionic. Just sayin' cause of your user name :D:D

OT:

man i was so hyped for the Bionic when it was finally announced. bought one on launch day and as many people on here had waaaay to many issues. kept the name every since

+1

also you can explore your root directory (or is it system directory?) just like root explorer and it's free. It's experimental but had no issues when I tried that feature.

It also allows you to access PC's on your LAN over wifi.
It has add-ons for task manager, bookmarks, backups, startup manager, etc.

I don't think he's talking about app, he needs file manager for windows to browse system files in nexus..
I'm looking for the same thing.

es explorer can see files on computers that are in the same network, and has a built it zip tool. I haven't seen any thing as powerful as es explorer...just saying.

I use Root Explorer. If you can pay for it, it is worth it. Most robust, straightforward, and simple file explorer I have used. Paid for it almost 2 years ago. Other file explorers have better graphics and maybe to some a nicer UI but simplicity is for me.
