There is a clearly marked Root guide in the Root section ... http://androidforums.com/galaxy-s2-...ost-mobile-samsung-galaxy-s2.html#post4993024

Clearly marked in the http://androidforums.com/samsung-ga...e-boost-galaxy-s2-repository.html#post5010301

"The Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy S2 is a mid-level Android 4.0.4 CDMA/WiMax phone relabeled from the Sprint Epic 4G Touch. After rooting the Boost S2 can use any Epic Touch 4G ROM."

Middle of the same page is the CM10 link.
