Help Any simple way to backup/restore these?

I'm assuming an upgrade to Froyo 2.2 (non rooted phone) will delete and set phone back to stock, which means:

manually setting up my exchange server and email again
using a program like app brain to reload programs

but what simple way, if possible do I get my Bookmarks back on, and custom Scenes?

I assume too no way to put all the little customization back in such as ring tone selection, keyboard sound, Quickdesk selections, .... you know all the little stuff we tinker with.

The 2.2 update will not reset the phone to default. Can you imagine the kind of consumer outrage companies would see from that?

Nevertheless, MyBackup Pro will backup everything on your phone. Everything.
