any softkey shortcuts?

are there any shortcuts available?

for instance, on the iphone while listening to music and the display turns off, I could double click to home button to display the player's controls.

also, i think i saw in another thread that the captivate does NOT support headphone controls.. this stinks.

my headphones have a button where I can pause the song.. or use it to answer the phone I receive a call.

If you long-tap Home, it will bring up the task manager, and with Launcher Pro running if you double-tap Home it will open the screen selector (same as pinching a home screen).

About 5 minutes ago I bought PowerStrip from the market for 1.99 and it pops up a menus for easy task switching when you long press the search button. It works really well so far, but I will keep trying it out and decide if I want to keep it.
