Im sick of all the awesome iPhone and iPod touch cases, while we get nothing good. Does anyone out there have anything different then the normal stuff? What Im really looking for is something like this case by Incipio. Incipio Hive. Reinforced corners, and a claim that the silicone is anti-static and resists lint.

the reason iphones have so many different case options is because they only make one per year.
with Android devices a new one comes out every week, so case manufacturers have a hard time keeping up. maybe some of the more popular devices will have more cases made for them (i.e Evo 4g) than less popular ones.

as for cases for the inspire you won't find anything out of the ordinary like that Incipio case (which is pretty awesome btw). at least just yet..
all i could find were the basic silicone, hard shells, or the combo cases.

The reason why there are so many unique cases for iPhone is not because they only make one per year, it's because sooo many people use iPhones. The market and opportunity to make revenue is much larger for iPhones than any other phone. There are so many different types of Androids, no large group of people own one type, so there isn't use for manufacturers in the market to labor over making many different kinds for one Android device, because they probably won't see a return on their investment. Since iPhone is wildly popular (which makes no sense to me), it behooves manufacturers to create many different kinds, since there is a large group of people that could potentially buy it.

^sadly true. But i would like an otterbox in another color besides generic black. I dropped my phone in the movie theater and had to hunt it down afterward cause it fell face down and calling it did no good cause it was on silent so no light showing and no sound. Took 25 mins to find it hiding in the darkest corner behind my husbands seat. Stupid black case.

Go to Piel Frama.com , company out of Spain. Beautiful handmade leather cases. I have used their cases for all my phones. I just got mine for my Inspire 4G. Covers the whole phone and protects the hell out of it and in a classy way!! Except it's a $120 classy way :)

Found the same case at Cases.com for $73!! A little better! ;)

I am making my own. Felt lined stainless steel case with leather outside and snap closure. Dont know how much it will efect signal yet but I always carry mine in my pocket and need some serious protection since I sometimes crawl in and out of machine at work.
