Root Any way to make the notification LED not blink?

Like the title asks, is there any way to make the LED not blink (ie just stay on)? I know Ruby does it, but is there any way to do it with one of the sense based roms?
 
Well, after some dinking around in adb I figured out how to control the led and touch button led's through /sys/class/leds/, but I don't think im any closer to figuring out how to perminantly disable the blinking.

One idea I did have was to turn the touch button led's into a notification as well. It would be really cool if you could light up different ones for different types of notifications, but it seems that they are either all on or none are...

Menu>Settings>Display>Notification Flash you can control exactly what you get LED blinks for.. without being rooted or using ADB
