Root Any way to root thunderbolt with ICS?

I recently bought a HTC thunderbolt and wanted to root it, however i havent found any good guides that have come out since the ICS update. Is it possible to downgrade my android version? or am i just kind of boned at this point?

most straightforward way is to htcdev unlock and install root so you can downgrade,the simply run revolutionary.
