Any way to run a game nonstop while plugged in

I know these games are meant to be played on the go and i do spend most of the time playing order and chaos, a mmo app on the go but when i get home and plug it in, i expect to be able to play it non-stop without it running down the battery

Maybe this is a mistake of mine coming from a all iphone history

I have wifi off, bluetooth off, brightness all the way down
and i only get about 2 min per % of battery when playing this game
so on average only 1-2 hours from full charge while plugged in to it being dead thats 100% screen on time and data

Im wondering if it would be better to turn data off and go with wifi?
or anything else im missing or is the screen just so big the charger can never keep up

Also im not using like a 100ft charger cord, i have the stock 4 ft charger cable plugged into a outlet

I play games for hours on my Note when it's plugged into the mains. Are you using mains or usb power? If I plug mine into a usb connection it can't charge the battery as quickly as I'm using it.

hmmm....thats strange cuz i just played 6 hours of shadowgun with wifi on....

is ur phone overclocked or something.... i've had this issue when i used an usb extender for increasing the length of the charger.cable

Nope stock rom, but im thinking of putting checkrom on it for extended battery life. I have only rooted my phone before, i assume its pretty easy to install roms and then to restore to default? Tho i havent searched the forums so im sure there are a ton of guides
