Any where to get skins?

Any skins about? I got 7 of them and they came with the phone currently have the metal one but really wanting a change.

Me too. I thionk we're stuck with the skins HTC have given us until they issue more/you want to use another launcher?

Gave the page a quick scan, how long would it take and do i have to be rooted?

After my own breif scan of the page (and hell, my DHD hasn't even arrived yet ), I'm guessing not.

It looks like skins come as .apks you can install without root, but the framework files do need root access.

No you don't have to be rooted for the skins.

If you download direct to your phone, using your file explorer have a
Look on your sd card in a folder called downloads, click on the apk and install.
The skin will then appear in your main HTC skins with all the other ones.

Alternatively download to your computer then create your own folder on your
Sd case, put them in there and then click install as above.

I'm not rooted so I haven't been able to try any of the frameworks,
