Anybody changing from the S4 to N4?

I did not bother with the S5 since was not as big a jump as the S3 to S4 and unlike those, the S5 did not have a 32gb option near the US.

Note 4 seems a good upgrade, but goes from a one hand to two hand device.

Might wait on the S6, since will be 64bit and by then, 32gb is hopefully standard. Android L takes about 20% more space (depending on the app structure). This should force a change from 16gb for premium Android devices.

i just wish they can make the note 4 and note 4 edge a little smaller.
I've been thing about upgrading to it.

I am in the same boat as you. S5 just doesn't seem worth it to me from a S4. I will check Note 4 out when it hits but I don't know if I will like a device that big as a primary phone.

S6 should be announced within the next 6 months,

I was hoping the Galaxy Alpha was going to be the long rumored Prime version of s5 but that didn't happen so

Waiting to jump into Note 4 from a S3 when my 2 year contract is up in December. More Ram, and I want the bigger screen =)

Unless Samsung makes some change to the Knox implementation, I shan't be buying any more Samsung devices of any description. It may not be possible even for Samsung to disable Knox temporarily so the phone can be rooted without blowing the efuse and I am living with the consequences of my Note 10.1 2014 not being rooted and I don't like it.

I had intended to buy a OnePlus One but the supply problems and the stupid hoops they are expecting users to jump through has put me off completely.

Definitely considering it. Had a play with my GF's Note 2 and the bigger screen is great for using the internet, the size isn't too ridiculous when you've had a proper test of it. Either that or the S6 but the bigger screen is swaying me.

ON a side note I'd be open to trying a non Samsung phone such as the HTC One M8, but the lack of battery and SD card slot access puts me off a fair bit

I was a little hesitant about a bigger size phone. But, after seeing friends and co workers Notes and also playing with I phone 6 plus a bit I think I can handle the size change from S4 to Note 4.

It was either get note 4 or wait for S6 see if it brought what I was after. S4 to s5 didn't make sense to me at all. So I went ahead and did a pre order.
