I did not bother with the S5 since was not as big a jump as the S3 to S4 and unlike those, the S5 did not have a 32gb option near the US.
Note 4 seems a good upgrade, but goes from a one hand to two hand device.
Might wait on the S6, since will be 64bit and by then, 32gb is hopefully standard. Android L takes about 20% more space (depending on the app structure). This should force a change from 16gb for premium Android devices.
