Anybody having email problems

My email service has been very spotty for about a week. Using K-9, sometimes having 12 hour delays before getting emails. Downloaded Maildroid to compare. It seems to be doing better, but it fails to download often as well. Getting a server error message. I think it say "messaging exception error" and "folder closed: exception - null"

Just now after manually checking mail four times, it finally download the last hour and half worth of messages. K-9 still hasn't downloaded a new message in two hours.

My desktop email is working fine, though. Godaddy hosts my email server.

Have also seen a decreased download speed on webpages.

I hope I am not being throttled, if so, pathetic b/c I browse maybe four or five times a day, listen to pandora for about 30 min a day, and receive 2-3 emails a day. I'd hope that doesn't put me in the top 5% of data users.

Probably does. I'm on unlimited data, but I've been tracking it lately. I'm over 650MB and my billing cycle ends March 3. I'm not sure what the limited data plans are like, but I think they start charging extra after 200MB.
