After leaving the iPhone (the first one), I haven't been able to imagine going back. Every time I see a friends iPhone, 4 4s, 3gs, 5, it doesn't matter; they ALL look the same.
Same boring layout. Same overpriced products. Same Apple.
JMHO
when my wifes inspire screen broke a few months back (cracked the digitizer and it stopped working) so I picked up a used iphone 3g from a friend for super cheap to use... she HATED it... I had to flash it with aftermarket OS just to be able to use some of the normal apps (facebook/twitter) as apple stopped supporting the 3g some time ago... wife was SO happy when we got her screen replaced so she didn't have to use the iphone any more.
i've been using it over the last week stock as I just changed my inspire to tmobile but want to keep the att phone number alive and avl for a week or so to ease the transition and I am constantly amazed at how small the iphone is and how limited it is... and how they want you to pay for nearly every app... apps that i've got on my android for free.
I don't like it... and part of that could be from it being 2 1/2 years older than my inspire (which is admittedly outdated and old hardware now) but even using friends newer models I the iphone just isn't for me...
I urged my bro-in-law and mother-in-law to go with an iphone though... they are non-geeks so the simplicity is exactly what they need... but for me it's far to limited
