Looks like they only cary the paid apps from the market, and you pay a flat monthly or yearly rate for tiered access to them.

What do you think.....look legit? How do dev's get paid, I wonder?

Not legit at all. Apps are pirated and devs don't get paid. The site likely provides you with questionable apps that might have spyware and what not embedded in them.

If you want to see good quality apps on Android, support developers and buy from the Market or other authorized means.

Hey thanks, Kevin. I'm pretty new to the Android-osphere, and I've heard of alternative ways to get apps. But it sounds like that opens the door a little bit to stuff that either is pirating or malicious. My concern is to support the devs. People deserve to get paid for their work, so I didn't want to do something........um, untoward.

Yea, good call. My dad was thinking about joining this site, but it sounded real fishy to me. Just thought I'd ask around because he asked me what I thought of it.
