Root Anyone been able to block ads on GB?

I have tried various ROMs that claim they can block ads, but none seem to work. Yes, I have gone into their settings and enabled ad blocking. Does anyone know of a ROM, script, app, or anything to block ads on GB?

I really miss this feature being built into ROM's. Didn't even know I missed it until lately with the new CM's.
