Root Anyone else getting amazing battery life?

This is probably a stupid question but i've been looking in spare parts and can't tell where in there it says what is draining your battery. Could someone direct me to where it tells you that so I can start deleting progs? Please and thank you.

Open Spare Parts
Scroll to bottom
Select "Basic SpareParts settings"
Select "Battery History"

Once here, do the following:

First Drop Down: Partial Wake Usage
Second Drop Down: Total Since Boot

Now review the list of applications...
Android system should be first. The next few will possibly be culprit(s).

Mine is
Android System
K9 Mail
Voicemail
Media
UID 10023
Gmail
Calendar.

None of mine are misbehaving. All of these do cause partial wake lock at times. Now when you had Tango installed, you would have seen Tango as number one, and the usage bar would be HUGE.

Good luck.

when you guys are getting this amazing battery life what do you have toggled on/off?

do you keep mobile network on?
do you keep 4g or 3g on?
keep background data on?

Just trying to get a feel if everyone is turning off everything and that is why they are getting such good battery life.

The only thing I obsessively keep off is 4G and GPS.

3g is always on, mobile network is always on.
I use auto brightness or keep it under 50%, depends on my mood.
I stay on wifi most of the time, and only activate bluetooth when I am actually going to use it.

4g and GPS simply have no reason to be on unless they are actively being used...
Navigation prompts me to turn it on if I need directions, and I only use 4g when I tether.

Pretty much the same thing I do with one exception - my GPS is always toggled on. The only time the GPS actually COMES on is when a app needs to use it. So for ex, it's useful that it's already on and I google Sprint cuz it will show the one closest to me. Thats just and example. I mainly leave GPS on because I dont want to hassle with toggling it eveyr time i use navigator or look at the weather radar, etc.

I only have Facebook set to syc, everything else I manually refresh, GMail pushes through unprompted.
