Help Anyone else getting random reboots when making phone calls?

Is anyone else having trouble with random reboots when making phone calls? It's almost like the phone app freezes up and causes the phone to reboot after about 30 seconds. Even though the phone app locks up the call still completes but then of course it drops when the phone reboots. Just trying to determine whether it's an issue with my hardware or if it's a software issue before I call VZW...

It's an issue I've never heard of. Random reboots? Yes. Reboots caused by the phone app? That's a new one on me.

#1: You may want to go into Settings --> Apps --> ALL --> PHONE and Clear Data. That may fix the issue right off.

If it doesn't...

#2: Do call Verizon and explain the situation. They will, almost 100% guaranteed, tell you to data wipe / factory reset the phone before they replace anything, so you may as well go ahead and do that.

Settings --> Backup & Reset --> Factory data reset

I had this happen once (for both incoming calls and outgoing). I took off the battery, removed the SIM card and let it set for 5 minutes. Haven't had the problem again since.
