Help Anyone else have feedback, screeching on calls?

I love how fast this phone is, but several people have complained about loud screeching noises on calls. Lately, I'm getting feedback and an echo effect on my end when they say there is noise. Has anyone else encountered this, and any way to fix it? Or do I have to return it and take my chances with a different (probably refurbished) Rezound?

I don't have that issue and am wondering if you have it on every call. If the phone is defective you would probably have the issue constantly. If not it could be the cell service, the location, local interference etc. Try it from several very different locations and calls to different people and test the issue.

I suggest that you also have it looked at by a verizon tech and see if he/she can diagnose the cause. If the phone is new just exchange it.
