Help Anyone else have this problem?

Phone works perfect, however sometimes when im trying to use it while its on the charger is freezes and shakes. Like the touchscreen acts crazy. Only sometimes tho, but its a pain. Anyway to fix?

YES! - it's so annoying. I read somewhere else to use a different charger, so I did....it works fine.

I have used a BlackBerry charger and I have changed out the USB box thingy and it works fine - to clarify, I used the cord it came with along with another USB/socket/box thing and it work fine....I actually used the provided cord with the white apple usb/socket.....everything is fine.

I have not tried a different wire with the provided usb/socket....
 
I think there is an issue with the charging block in general. On the second day I owned mine it started making this high pitched squawk when the phone wasn't plugged into it. Sprint wanted me to return the whole phone just to get a new one as did samsung. I just used a griffen one I already had.
 
Same with mine on the shaky screen while charging. Touch sensor is all over the place. Press a W on the keyboard and a P gets typed from the opposite end of the keyboard. I'll try charliehorses solution. Thx
 
This doesn't happen to me, but it is a widespread problem. Try another charger and see if the problem persists. There may be issues with the stock charger.
 
I encountered this for the first time last night... when using the stock charger for the first time. I thought the phone was completely borked! Pulled the battery, rebooted several times, same behavior. Then I pulled the charger and everything returned to normal. Whew!

Moral of the story. Use a third party charger. I used the one from my old Palm Pre, and never have any problems.
 
The charger that comes with the phone isn't the best. Which surprises me with what the phone is. I'm using Blackberry chargers, and no longer experience this issue.
 
Yes. I plugged it into the stock Samsung charger and it made the screen complete unresponsive. I tried restarting the phone several times and using the charger on several occasions, but always get the same result. I also did some searching around on google and apparently many users of multiple Samsung smart phones are experiencing the same problem. Luckily I had many Motorola and HTC chargers laying around, all of which work perfectly fine.
