Help Anyone else having issues with Gmail exchange today?

My Gmail through exchange stopped syncing today. I decided to delete the account and set it up over again. Problem is, I keep getting errors connecting and it won't let me set up anymore.

Anyone else having issues today?

Nothing has changed with them. It's been working fine until today, then I got a sync error with exchange.

It keeps saying authentication failed now, I don't understand what changed.

After a factory reset, I'm still having issues. I hate that this thread was moved to troubleshooting, but I understand. I just hope someone can help me out.
