Help Anyone get a replacement and it solved their problems?

The call quality on my phone sucks. As most people I have horrible reception, but recently peoples voices started to fade in and out during calls. My speaker also seems to be blown since it crackles when I turn it up. Anyone else have this fixed by a replacement?

I had an issue with my phone getting stuck in 1X and not switching back to 3G (EVDO) and it would KILL my battery. Calls would drop as well.

I just picked one up yesterday at best but and the call quality is so much different than the launch one I sent back.

Anyone else have any experience with this. I already have the approval to get the X if I can't work this out.
