Help Anyone got the 4.4.2 KitKat upgrade?

All good restored my back up from sd card and now have samsung account again along with my wallpapers. Thanks for all the help really like this rom.
 
Just want to recommend this rom it works great and you can also download the add on's for more features. Took me awhile to get it right but it is great and I think the problems were my dumbness. If you have a tab 3 7.0 get this!

The upgrade to Android 4.4.2 KitKat for the Samsung Galaxy tab 3 7.0 WiFi only USA version is now available for download OFFICIALY Model SM-T210R. Just use Kies 3 preferely to get a faster download . It took me almost an hour using version Kies 2.6. Find Samsung Kies site and download the latest version for your PC or Mac.

Finally I am moving all my downloaded apps to the SD Card, one by one I used all in one toolbox app to identify and select all your downloaded apps that can be moved to your SD card.

If you would like to use LIVE Samsung updates site: Samsung Updates Latest Firmware - LIVE!

Wheeee.

P.S I am actually in Ecuador, South America where I did the upgrade.

There's a quick settings panel in the notification drop down, multi tasking, lockscreen is a little different, the whole UI is different and other random stuff
 
Hmm I have a lot of system apps that keep randomly force closing. Especially settings. Anybody else having these problems

Hi Can you upload a picture of your launcher I mean the one that comes with 4.4.2

I tap the Touch Wiz launcher and I don`t see any differences but if I use the Kitkat launcher app it has like a round light at your left of the screen and after tapping it brins up a menu , also you can get a shorcut apps menu to your right holding the back arrow that you can set up at your will.

Now you can just say OK Google and talk your search instead of finding the app and tapping it , it happens when you use the kitkat launcher app

It's still the same touchwiz launcher. That kitkat launcher are for phone that don't have their own launcher so they use the default kitkat launcher I assume.

2. updated TouchWiz, (albeit not the S5 TouchWiz. More like a version behind, the same look seen in the Galaxy S4 with Android 4.3)

3. Settings panel, browser, status bar icons, various UI tweaks, new lock screen.

What has not changed

1. No HD quality voice support (S-Voice still sounds horrible)

2. No ART, zero immersive mode

3. Still laggy as with 4.1.2

4. Eats more battery.

How can I get multiwindow? Thanks
 
Either use the quick toggle in the notification pull-down or press and hold the 'back' capacitive button. This will show a ribbon of supported apps (not everything supports multi-window) and you then tap and drag the two apps you want to use to their respected positions on the screen (should show a border where it can be placed)

I installed noble Kat 1.7 awhile ago and it's been great now the tab has become very laggy I haven't installed any new apps lately and just wondering if anyone else running this has the same problem and how do I fix it. Thanks for the help in advance.

P.s. now has option for 4 mulitwindows hot and new in NoleKat v2.0 get it

Yes theres NoleKat v2.0 witch is not laggy and very fast all bugs fixed do you want link or dropbox link????
