Got a shipping notification email, 7 days later nothing, emailed em . . . . . no reply.

Is this the way they are ?

ordered from them twice and never had any problems.. it's the weekend though, so they probably won't get back to you until monday if I had to guess.

I waited over a week from the order confirmation for a set to ship (they were in stock throughout). No apology from SGP. Poor service - would consider looking elsewhere if time is of the essence...
