Help Anyone have problems turning their DInc ON?

I often struggle with powering the thing up. It's in an Otterbox case, so that might be part of the problem, but, I press ON and nothing happens. Again, again, again ... hold down ... nothing. Is it me? Or my case?

You have to hold down the power for longer than you think you would have to. It is a little odd turning it on.

Ya, you have to hold it down for about 10 seconds...

I've never had any of the eariler Dinc models but I've been told they use to power up quickly. The original Moto Droids I had took several seconds to power up so I was just use to it. But yeah.... these Dinc4G's takes about 8-10 seconds to start the power up process.
