Anyone having issues returning their "rented" phones?

So my old phone died over to weeks ago and I had no choice but to rent a phone. When I picked up my resound the salesman said I could only return the phone 14 days after activation. By that logic you could only return your phone on Jan 15 if you activated it on Jan 2nd which really doesn't make sense. Plus the normal return policy never even says you have 14 days after you've activated your phone. The key word is activated...

I've yet to pick up my nexus, but I was wondering if any salesmen have given you a heartache for all you renters?

returned my for the Nexi and had no problems...the guys didn't even look at it (razr)..it was in perfect condition, but found it odd that he didn't even look at it.

Took me an hour and 15 minutes to exchange Rezound for Nexus. I think the problem was the fact that I did the "Add 2GB for Unlimited Data" thing... and it wasn't allowing CSR to exchange because of it. She eventually switched to another computer and it worked after some prodding. Still have unlimited data :)

Yeah they barely looked at my Rezound , I even handed him the Beats Case with the headphones in it and he asked "what's this?" I should have just kept them haha

I had gotten the VZW Screen Protectors and still had two left so I just gave them to the sales guy and told him to give one to the next two Rezound buyers and told them to tell them "Merry Christmas from Chicago Jim"

Good to hear all, Im on an out of state buisiness trip so ill be going to an entirely different store here in Austin. Hopefully they still have one in stock...been stuck in a class all day.
