anyone having pic mail problems?

one of my friends on verizon has been sending me pics and i get some weird download thing and it says unable to download. never had this happen til today. never saw a download/downloading this message expires on this date, before today. anyone else have this happen?

I just started having this problem today. You are not alone. I'm sending my second email to HTC as soon as I finish typing this.

When I had this problem I went to the Sprint website and did a online technical service. This is what they told me to do:

Take Battery out of phone for 1 minute.
After a minute put battery back in and turn phone on.
Then go to Settings>System Updates>Update Profile.
Restart Phone

Also, sometimes if Wifi is enabled, it can interfere with the MMS. It interfered with mine only few times, but not all the time.

I had that problem. I realized it was because I had kept way too many txt msgs. Once I cleared them out, it worked fine. Try clearing any long msg threads you may have.
