Help Anyone having problems finding apps in the market?

Several apps that I have tried to download from appbrain or other sources cannot be found in the market. None of the ratings are saying that they are having that problem. Is it possibly the DInc?
 
Not sure, I tried to get Handcent SMS the other day and it wasnt in my market. It appeared a couple days later though. Also there 1 another app (cant remember) that I wanted and it wasnt in the market either. It took a couple days to pop up also.

If you want an app just Google search for the .apk and install it with cmd prompt :)
