Anyone in the UK got their Nexus One yet?

About 2 and a half working days later they charged my card, and sent me shipping details all within about a hour of each other. However DHL didnt actually begin shipping it until the following day.

Hope that helps

Well. Not what I wanted to hear, but I suppose it's useful. No more refreshing checkout page for a day or so I think. Two and a half days is a long time when looking forward to a new gadget!

oops mid read the flight I think. Its landing this afternoon right?

seems theres a few of us with phones on the flight. nice for them to have company lol

Are you mental?
Lands at midnight, processed by 1.30am. Transferred to your local depot by 6pm.
Out for delivery first thing tomorrow morning.
Get it by 1pm tomorrow my friend!
DHL work overnight and transfer the packages to the depots during the night.
My local depot is Edinburgh so they better get a move on and transfer overnight. Might be a flight actually!

If you use the flight tracker and StreetView you can see the outside of the aircraft, think my box is on row 12 seat E.

Liked that one markouk :D
btw, did you get an update on your tracking history recently?
Mine still says:
1/13/2010 7:14 am Depart Facility Cincinnati Hub, OH

He He. Got to keep us amused for a few hours, eh?
Mine says the same, that's cool though. It means it has left Cincinnati on the plane. We are good to go, no delays on the flight, it's actually early - 15 mins or so.

That's right Estimated Touch Down is at 11:40pm instead of 12:10am.
I guess I'll be watching that eagle landing in UK LIVE ;)

received my phone this morning (ok, it was delivered this morning and fortunately, due to snow, my wife was at home). Just got back from home and plugged the phone into charge. I've promised myself that I won't switch it on until it's fully charged. so, i'm going to have some tea, a cup of coffee, and then i'm hoping it will be charged.

I can then insert my sim card and get playing with it.

Just so you all know, I placed my order with google last thursday (7 Jan 10) so has taken a week to get here. my phone was dropped oof at east midlands early this morning, transported to Reading, and then delivered late AM today.

Great news for you guys!

By the way, it should be perfectly OK to use it while charging. I did and have no battery complaints.

Still, I think I might wait for the battery to charge fully before using it.. That way the charging is more like a build up of excitement and I'll get all the more our of my first hours with the phone :P. Shouldn't take much more than a couple of hours to charge fully anyway, right?
