Anyone installed Chainfire 3D? Safe?

I just found this app while i was surfing on the market though my PC sine the Market on the tablet doesn't show everything. I would have already installed if the warning messages at the installation wouldn;t mention the tablet getting stuck or bricked. Has anyone installed it. Is it safe and should i install the egl driver along?

I installed it a week ago, not a big difference but I think Angry Birds runs a bit more smoothly.. haven't tested it anymore since.

Thanks phiit. Yeah I installed it expecting games to go smoother but thenagain this is made for 3d games. Its really annoying that 2d games can get so slow only because they stretch. If only I could do something about it.
